Password Reset and Username confirmation

This article explains how to reset your password and reconfirm your username. Video content is available below.

If you are having trouble resetting this, you can also contact an Admin User for assistance.

Request a Username confirmation link by selecting Forgotten Username? on the main login screen:

You will then need to enter the email address associated with your CONTRACTS account:

 

Request a password reset link by selecting Forgotten your password? on the main login screen:

Next, enter your Username, which will generate an email to the email address associated with your CONTRACTS account. Please note, entering your email address will not create a reset link:

Within the email, you will find a password reset link which is valid for approximately 4 hours:

You can then create your new password, which meets the listed requirements:



Once you have completed this, you will be directed back to the login screen.
